We want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance activewear. If you are not happy with your Heroine Sport purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid shipping label or a QR code for easy drop-off at authorized locations.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
